'2,245 Dead. How many more?'

More news is now available concerning Cindy Sheehan's arrest last night. Sheehan was handcuffed, arrested, and removed from last night's State of the Union Address for wearing a t-shirt that read, "2,245 Dead. How many more?"
In hindsight, U.S. Capitol Police Chief Terrance Gainer has admitted that the police "made a mistake" and has issued an apology. As quoted on CNN.com, "'Just wearing a T-shirt is not unlawful,' Gainer said. Wearing a T-shirt and engaging in actions meant to draw attention to the shirt is against the law." [source]
On MichaelMoore.com, Cindy has responded to the arrest:
"I told him that my son died there. That's when the enormity of my loss hit me. I have lost my son. I have lost my First Amendment rights. I have lost the country that I love. Where did America go?"
"I have some lawyers looking into filing a First Amendment lawsuit against the government for what happened tonight. I will file it. It is time to take our freedoms and our country back."
