inappropriately exposed underarms: part deux

I received my answer from Quiznos today, and I kinda feel a little guilty now. Maybe I was an asshole? I don't know... But I do know that I can't go to that Quiznos location anymore. I'd be horrified if he somehow realized that I wrote the letter. That and I'm afraid that I might find some flakes of deodorant in my food...
This is his reply:
I am sorry to hear about your recent experience at our store.
As one of the top Quiznos Franchise owners in the area, my team and I like to pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service and food quality. Unfortunately at the time you had visited the restaurant, I had stopped by to pickup some items when my team (as you may also have noticed) was overwhelmed with a large volume of business from several soccer players. I am sorry that my attire at that time may have offended you and I agree with you that this was not proper attire. I thank you for your feedback regarding this issue and I do not plan on this happening again in the future. I hope that you will continue to visit my store and I am sorry about your experence on Sunday.
If you should ever have any other future concerns, please do not hesitate to bring them to our attention so that we may improve or correct our operations.
