don't link to my photos

The first rule of web design should be that you don't link to other people's photos. You do what every honest, photo-stealing person on the net does ... you right click on them, and save them to your own server. This evening I was checking the server stats of Some Crazy Garbage.com, and I found that http://www.jappy.de/user/esha/ms was linking to one of my photos. Now this isn't a HUGE deal, because they're the only ones that I can easily find right now ... but it's still annoying. After all, I pay for my server space and when http://www.jappy.de/user/esha/ms links to one of my photos, it goes against my monthly transfer limit.
Now the photo they *were* linking to is a photo that I posted way back in February of 2006, about Bollywood remaking Fight Club. Http://www.jappy.de/user/esha/ms has posted a big string of rudely linked photos on the site, under the heading of "bollywood the best."
So what action should I take? I considered just deleting the photo. It's an old post, and I've cleaned old images off my server space before. I even have old blog posts that are blank now, because I've deleted the old images. It's not a big deal. But, the evil side of me decided to have a little fun with this. After all, the rude poster at http://www.jappy.de/user/esha/ms has given me free reign to post anything I want on their site. I first considered a single frame from the original (American) version of Fight Club. You might know what I'm talking about. [No, I didn't just link to the image, I linked to some criticism of the movie. The frame is mentioned in paragraph six.]
So I've settled with this:
After all, I'm not a HORRIBLE person. On a scale of one to ten, I'm like a seven. Oh, did you notice that I replaced the word "rectum" with "Bollywood?" You did? Oh, okay. I was just checking.
Think anyone will even notice that I've replaced the image over at http://www.jappy.de/user/esha/ms? I guess that only time will tell.
